Directions

Approaching from Newton Abbot - continue along the main Newton Abbot / Totnes road (A381) going past the main turnings into Ipplepen. Continue past the "40" de-restriction sign and take the right hand turn into Edgelands Lane [by Ipplepen Business Park]. Continue past "Animals in Distress" on the right and go past a right hand junction, and you will then come to a 90 degree bend to the right with a junction off to the left. Follow the road around to the right, continue along this lane along a stone wall and Barton House is the next house on the left hand side. Turn into the driveway and park by the garage. The clinic entrance is in the corner of the house, identified by a plaque on the wall.

Approaching from Totnes - continue along the main Newton Abbot / Totnes road (A381) going past the Red Post Garage. Continue down the hill and over the railway line. At the top of the next hill, take the left hand turn into Edgelands Lane [by Ipplepen Business Park].
